Whistleblowing

In compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023 (implementing EU Directive 2019/1937), Resnova S.r.l. has established an internal reporting channel to allow employees, collaborators, suppliers and third parties to report violations of national or EU regulations that harm the public interest or the integrity of the organization.

What can be reported

Reports may concern unlawful conduct relevant under Legislative Decree 231/2001, violations of the Organization and Management Model, violations of EU law, and any other irregularity that the reporter has become aware of in the work context.

How to make a report

Reports can be submitted through the following channels:

Whistleblower protection

The identity of the reporter is protected and cannot be disclosed without their explicit consent. Any form of retaliation against the reporter is prohibited. Confidentiality is guaranteed at every stage of the report management procedure.

Report management

The Supervisory Board (OdV) is responsible for receiving and managing reports. An acknowledgment of receipt is issued within 7 days. The outcome of the report is communicated within 3 months from the date of the acknowledgment.
