Organizational Model
Resnova S.r.l. has adopted an Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, to prevent the commission of offenses by persons acting in the name of or on behalf of the company.
Supervisory Board
A Supervisory Board (OdV) has been appointed to oversee the functioning and observance of the Model and to ensure it is updated. Reports can be sent to the OdV at the company address.
Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics is an integral part of the Model. It defines the values and principles that guide the conduct of all those who work with or for Resnova.
Whistleblowing
In compliance with applicable regulations, Resnova provides channels for reporting potential violations of the Model. Reports are handled confidentially and without retaliation.
